Registration Information
You have two options for registration this year.
- Download all forms in the PDF format on the left. Fill out counselor and participant registration forms and send, with your deposit, to the address listed below. All medical and emergency forms need to be kept with the lead counselor.
- Go to the online registration option, fill out the group registration form and submit the form. You will be informed by e-mail and given instructions to complete the registration process. You must also download the medical authorization, emergency medical and camp consent forms. These must be filled out completely and kept with you.
OR
Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
Cost of registration is $125.00 per person This includes all programming, two nights lodging, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday, and brunch on Sunday. Congregations are encouraged to pay the cost of their adult counselors.
After September 15th, cost of registration is $135.00

Registrations will be accepted on a space available basis until
September 24th, 2008.
(At that time, we need to have firm numbers for the camp) -
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit per person needs to accompany each registration form. Balance due at the Gathering.

Please submit one check made out to NW District Youth Gathering. NSF checks will be returned and any bank charges will be added to the total due at the time of registration.

There will be no refunds, but, because of housing and room assignments, you are welcome to substitute youth of the same gender.

Youth will be housed in dormitory style housing, with one dorm building for boys and the other for girls. We will keep groups together if at all possible.

The gathering is open to youth in grades 6-9. Counselors must be at least 21 years old. There is a 6 youth to 1 counselor ratio. If you are registering both girls and guys, please try have a counselor of each gender, or partner up with a neighboring congregation, so youth are properly supervised in the dorms.

After your group has registered, you may submit additional registrations, as long as the 6 to 1 youth/counselor ratio is maintained (Keep in mind that registrations postmarked on or after September 15th will be $135.00)
Consider teaming with a neighboring congregation for additional counselors, travel, etc.
